Day 24: Divine Strategies II

The enemy is serious about defeating us. We ought to be serious about defeating him! Be confident and courageous. All of heaven is on our side!

Greetings Beloveds,

One of the most misunderstood subjects in the kingdom of God is the subject of spiritual warfare. Oftentimes, when this topic is discussed, well, the conversation can get a little weird.

All teaching and revelation on spiritual warfare must rest on the firm foundation of biblical truth. The first key to victory in spiritual warfare is this: We must know that the spiritual realm is real and tangible. Just because we ignore the spiritual world around us, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Wherever God is at work, satanic forces are as well. The powers of darkness seek to sabotage and destroy God’s plans and purposes from being established in our lives.

I believe that throughout this season of prayer, God will give us divine strategies to breakthrough to our next level. We are going somewhere! However, expect resistance. Expect to labor in prayer. Expect to work hard. Expect to put your faith into action. Master your craft. Sharpen your skills. I believe that before the end of this year, we will see the fruit of our labor in an abundant increase and harvest concerning the promises God has for us.

Assignment:

PRAY – Let’s build our spiritual endurance by praying at least an hour each day.

WORSHIP – Praise and worship invites God’s presence. Let’s focus on building a lifestyle of worship during this season of prayer.

REMAIN FOCUSED – We are accomplishing a great work in the realm of the Spirit! Let us cancel every assignment of distraction or discouragement that would hinder our progress during our season of prayer.

FAST – Let’s turn off distractions in our lives. Some may chose to fast a meal. Some may chose to fast entertainment. Father God will show you how to draw closer to him during our season of prayer.

BIBLE – God speaks to us through His word. Let’s read our Bibles daily. There are many “read the bible in a year” plans on YouVersion to chose from.

REST – During this season of prayer, let us enter into God’s rest. God commands us to rest. We must rest with intention.

COMMAND PEACE – You cannot enter into rest without having peace. During this time of prayer, command peace all around you. Command peace within yourself. Settle the issues of your heart in the presence of the Lord. Let us lay down our worries before God in honor and adoration. Be at peace. Let God arise and our enemies be scattered.
