The Ancient WarCry of Lion Hearted Warriors:
Let the Lion Within You Roar!

Isaiah 31:4:
“This is what the LORD says to me: “As a lion growls, a great lion over its prey— and though a whole band of shepherds is called together against it, it is not frightened by their shouts or disturbed by their clamor— so the LORD Almighty will come down to do battle on Mount Zion and on its heights.”
Studies show that the roar of a lion can be heard up to 5 miles away! The roar announces the presence of the king of the animal kingdom. It leaves no doubt in the minds of all living creatures within earshot that the “King is present!”
Not only does a lion’s roar mark out the boundaries of its territory, but it can also be a rallying point for straying members of its tribe. This has amazing prophetic implications as we enter a season of a harvest of souls and a transition from priestly ministry (intercession) into kingly ministry (authority) in our intercession. The roar of the great Lion King is signifying great change is coming!
In our generation, I believe that we are going to see a great awakening – the latter rain – that will contend and conquer the spirit of this age. I believe that this end-time REVIVAL will commence during a time of great trouble in our nation (Romans 5:20). Yet, where sin abounds God’s grace will much more abound. I believe that this end-time harvest will usher in the return of our King Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah.
It is time for the Lion within us to roar! I believe that during this end-time harvest, God will endow us with POWER to do great exploits in His name: Heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out devils, and win souls for the Kingdom of God – Rak Chazak! (Mark 16:17-18)!
Daniel 11:32:
“Those who do wickedly against the covenant he shall corrupt with flattery; but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.”
Rak Chazak!
There has been an ancient war cry throughout all generations. Rak Chazak is of Hebrew origin. Rak Chazak is pronounced rock ca-zock.
Rak Chazak is the rock-like “oomph” of the spiritually zealous heart, the game face of a mighty man – the lion hearted warrior!
Rak Chazak is heavenly audacity, it’s rushing headlong into the most hazardous and impossible battles without pausing to consider the impossibilities knowing that God has given His enemies into our hands and we know that we will not lose. That’s Rak Chazak!
Who had Rak Chazak in the bible? David against Goliath (I Samuel 17:1-58). How about the Prophet Elijah when he slew the prophets of Baal (1 Kings Chaper 18)? That’s Rak Chazak!
Be strong and of good courage, for the Lord our God is with us! God will never fail or forsake us. Be strong and of good courage! We obey – God Wins! Be strong and of good courage! Rak Chazak!
The Lion of Judah’s Roar!

As we know, Judah is one of the 12 tribes of Israel and Judah means Praise. With that in mind, let’s consider the following four scriptural points as it relates to the Power and Purpose of High Praise.
Praise Is the Place of God’s Residence:
Psalms 22:3:
“Yet Thou art Holy, O Thou who art enthroned upon the praises of Israel.”
Psalms 22:3-5:
“But You are holy, enthroned in the praises of Israel. Our fathers trusted in You; they trusted, and You delivered them. They cried to You, and were delivered; they trusted in You, and were not ashamed.”
Praise Is The Way Into God’s Presence:
Psalms 100:4:
“Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him; bless His name.”
Praise Is A Garment of The Holy Spirit:
Isaiah 61:3:
“To grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting, so they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.”
Praise Is A Weapon of Spiritual War:
Psalms 50:23:
“He who offers a sacrifice of thanksgiving honors Me; and to him who orders his way aright I shall show the salvation of God.”
A Proclamation of Rak Ckazak!
Father, in Yeshua’s name, we call forth the Roar of the Lion of Judah in our lives, families, cities, in congregations, and society once again. We desire to roar like lions in our prophetic intercessory encounters. Lord grant unto us a Rak Chazak warcry in our hearts knowing that You will empower us to win every battle! We welcome the sounds of heaven into the earth realm today. We declare that as we release the High Praises of God it will be a powerful weapon of spiritual warfare used to silence the works and power of the evil one in Yeshua’s name. Amen and Amen! Rak Chazak!
